How we Maintain Candidates:
We take the employers job specification and comments from the employer's hiring team about the ideal candidate. We then build a list of criteria by which we evaluate each applicant for the role. You may be contacted via social media and job board portals if we think that your skills are appropriate for a role we have. Be aware that, once established suitable for a role, we may pass your CV and screening interview details onto potential employers.
